Hi Pals!
I released two episodes on my podcast in Bahasa Indonesia. I want to contribute to Indonesian trough experience and knowledge that I gain for three years in therapy. Most Indonesian, due to lack of therapy providers, doesn’t really understand the benefits of therapy and having a hard time to understand it.

I am planning to have another episodes in English and Deutsch.
I am planning to have another episodes in English and Deutsch.
I was struggling at first, because I love conversation and I love talking alone, explaining things. There’s also language difficulty. I want people from Indonesia and Germany to have that personal experience listening, since I come from Indonesia and study human medicine in Deutsch (Germany) in university.
For the second difficulty, I got an idea from a friend, who told me to just put a flag on the cover, so people can suggest in which language the podcast will be held.
When I found nav.al, I was so happy. It solved the first difficulty about conversation vs explaining on my podcast. Not only that, but I was inspired to do the same thing. What I love about nav.al:
  1. Some episodes are: Naval is explaining about many things. Others: conversation between Naval and other people.
  2. The transcriptions are clear.
  3. I can access all his episodes directly from his podcast website.
For that to happen, I need enough audience for my podcast, blog or YouTube. Otherwise, it will cost me too much money as an international student.

This week I enjoy
  1. Podcast - The Angel Philosopher: Naval. There’s a ton you could learn about business and philosophy in his podcast. Listening to his podcast feels like, your rich dad gives you financial wisdom.
  2. App - Readwise. One of the best time savers to review my highlights on Kindle and on Instapaper. Right now, I take book review seriously and try to really understand, elaborate and do the tips I got from the books.

Reading #selfhelp books can feel like you already did the job. Unfortunately, NO. You now know the theory and probably understand some of them (passive knowledge), but the active knowledge, that will be saved inside your body will only be there, if you work hard on that. https://t.co/xm5ij3pXTm

Be grateful everyday. And write ✍🏻 on your journal about something different everyday. You’ll realize how happy you actually are. You just need different perspectives.
